1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leadiodit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leadiodit.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate costs incurred by us for data processing and API usage, we enforcement a strict NO REFUND policy.

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, one-time passes, or other purchases under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, cases of accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with the service, or unused subscription time.
  • You explicitly waive any right to request a refund through your payment provider or credit card issuer. Any chargebacks initiated will be contested with this agreement as proof of your consent.

3. User Responsibility & Liability

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any consequences thereof. You agree that:

  • Actions: All actions taken through your account, including but not limited to lead generation, messaging, and data extraction, are your sole responsibility.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service (including Reddit's User Agreement) when using our Service.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadiodit, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADIODIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

5. Subscription & Payments

By subscribing or purchasing a pass, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
